Glass products are widely used in modern times, and have always been products with large market demand. By using specific treatment methods, we can not only give full play to the characteristics of glass, but also make up for its defects, no longer subject to the natural properties of glass. For example, the laminated glass can not only insulate heat, but also ensure that the fragments will not splash and hurt people, so it is safe and reliable. Next, we will introduce the production process of glass bottle containers and how glass bottles are batch molded.
1、 Production process flow of glass bottle container
The glass bottle production process mainly includes:
① Raw material pre processing. Crush the bulk raw materials (quartz sand, soda ash, limestone, feldspar, etc.) to dry the wet raw materials, and remove iron from the iron containing raw materials to ensure the glass quality.
② Batch preparation.
③ Melting. The glass batch is heated at high temperature (1550~1600 ℃) in the tank furnace or tank furnace to form liquid glass that is uniform, bubble free and meets the molding requirements.
④ Forming. Put the liquid glass into the mold to make glass products of the required shape, such as flat plates, various utensils, etc.
⑤ Heat treatment. Through annealing, quenching and other processes, the stress, phase separation or crystallization inside the glass can be eliminated or generated, and the structural state of the glass can be changed.
2、 How to batch shape glass bottles
Taking the row type bottle making machine as an example, the glass bottle forming process includes:
1. Blow blow molding process of in-line bottle making machine. The blowing blowing method is mostly used for the manufacture of small caliber glass bottles and jars. Its technological process is as follows: charging → flapping → reverse blowing (prototype blowing → prototype overturning → positive blowing and curing and cooling of bottles and jars → bottle clamping → cooling and conveying.
2. The process of pressure blow molding of the line type bottle making machine. The pressure blowing method is mostly used in the manufacture of large caliber glass bottles and jars. Its technological process is as follows: loading → stamping for prototype → prototype blowing → prototype bottle turning → positive blowing and curing cooling → bottle clamping → cooling and conveying.
